We obsess over likeness. Our clever technology is designed so the illustrated character genuinely resembles your child - not a generic character. A clear, forward-facing photo gives the best results. We show you a preview before you pay.
We have stories for children aged 2–9. Younger stories (ages 2–5) are illustration-heavy with simple language, while older stories (ages 6–9) have richer narratives.
Yes - we show you three illustrated preview pages before checkout. Not happy? Adjust the photo or details and regenerate at no cost.
At launch we deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. International delivery is on our roadmap.
From order to doorstep is typically 3–5 working days. Our UK print partner produces your book in 3 working days, then it's dispatched via Royal Mail 48. You'll get a tracking link once it's on its way.
A clear, forward-facing photo with good lighting works best. Avoid sunglasses, hats, or partially obscured faces. A recent photo in natural daylight is ideal.
If there's a print quality issue or manufacturing defect, we'll reprint and redeliver at no cost. Because each book is personalised and printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind - which is why we offer the preview before payment.
